Services
- Visitors with disabilities
Wheelchairs are available in the checkroom free of charge. All galleries and facilities are wheelchair accessible.
- Coat check
° Coats and objects can be checked in at the coat check.
° All umbrellas and backpacks must be checked.
° Strollers must be checked and free baby strollers are available at the coat check.
° Valuable objects (handbags, money, identity papers, cameras, laptop computers, cellular phones, fur coats), food, drinks and fragile objects are not allowed in checkroom.
° For security reasons, luggage and oversized objects are forbidden in the museum.
Due to Government Public Security measures, oversized luggage are strictly forbidden in the museum.
° La Pinacothèque cannot be held responsible for checked items.
- Shop and Library
La Pinacothèque has two shops selling art books, high quality gifts, stationery, and jewellery.
Museum policies
These regulations have been set to preserve the artefacts and to ensure the visitors' comfort and safety. They are mandatory.
- La Pinacothèque requires all visitors to protect the art ! Please do not touch the artefacts and please do not allow children to touch them either.
- Cameras. Photographs and movies cannot be used in the Museum.
- Pets. Pets are not allowed in the Museum but guide dogs are welcome.
- Cellular phones. Please turn off your phones or select the quiet mode.
- Food and drinks. Food and drinks are prohibited in the Museum.
- No smoking ! Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Museum.
